App crashes. And automatically goes back to first page rather than remembering the page you were last on. So annoying. Definitely not renewing.
Recently, when using the app and trying to access NewBeauty.com features, a message appears stating that the site uses cookies and there is a green box with OK in it on the bottom left of the statement. It does not disappear when tapping on it and you cannot access the articles like before. I tried clicking on app support through the App Store, which also has the “Cookie Statement” and green OK box; it works correctly there, though. The Magazine portion of the app works correctly. Please fix this problem. Thanks.

Don’t waste your money until they work out the kinks. I have tried to use the app on both iPhone and iPad. I have had the subscription with and without the hard copy magazine it’s rare that it work. It’s unfortunate, I do really enjoy the magazine and it’s content, but app has rarely worked.
App keeps telling me to update the app but there is no update. Deleted it and reinstalled, no change. Tried to contact developer and there’s only FAQ, no where to actually contact them? Magazine is fine, app is bad.
This is the worst app. I can never get the magazines loaded. I've repeatedly sent emails to the mag to no avail. It's not even worth downloading. I'm deleting it.
I love this magazine like crazy but when I updated the app and tried zooming in to the small print it would just get pixelated. Please fix this, it's an unpleasant experience. We subscribe to your magazine for top quality as you've provided in the past, now it's gone downhill.
Every time I fall for the update, thinking the magazine experience will be better. Well this time I lost every single issue including the one I just received. I've sent numerous letters to support, but no answer. I am so tired of the updates that never work and the amount of time to fix the problem. Fix it and leave it alone!!!!
Not only lost all the issues I bought in the past, now it crashes every time I try to buy an issue or subscribe!! Insane that a company that prides itself on well researched and cutting edge technology can't get this app to work.

Cannot open. Does nothing but crash. Under setting you are supposed to be able to log in as a subscriber and download the e-issue. It doesn't work. Can't submit info, app crashes. Can't "contact customer support" either.
This magazine loves to push plastic surgeries, procedures, and very expensive beauty products. It's just not practical for real life and is suspiciously full of adds for plastic surgeons and and other specialists. I guess if your into this type of thing it's something. But most importantly, I mysteriously LOST ALL OF MY PURCHASES! Now when I open the issues I paid for its cueing me to pay again
That's just nuts, especially since the app has had so many issues!

I pay for a new beauty digital subscription, and yet it asks me each time if I want to buy the issue. NO. I want to read YHE magazine I already paid for! Stupid app.
This magazine has amazing content but the App has serious issues. I've have yet to make it through an issue. It requires a lot of time and patience to even change pages.
The content of the magazine is fine. However, the New Beauty app, for both the iPhone and iPad is problematic. You will not have access to previously purchased issues. You will also have difficulty archiving and downloading content from issues. Support is ineffectual. They do not understand the software of their own app! Apple will reprimand you for not contacting the developer, but Apple should not allow troublesome apps to be sold in the iTunes store. It is not the consumer’s fault. When Apple sells questionable merchandise it would reflect badly upon Apple and they should not force their customers to mop up the mess. I would wait until Sandow figured out how to troubleshoot their own app and stick with the print subscription until then.
This app requires a serious update. I've yet been able to read a magazine on this app.
Love this magazine!! Its like a skin care bible. You can learn so much from this magazine. Not just about new products but how and why they work. Love love love it!!!
New Beauty is my favorite magazine. So much great info! Reading it on my iPad is a great option. Just wish the issues downloaded a bit quicker.
Very happy with this app. Easy to use and really convenient to read this magazine online. I don't live in states, so it is amazing chance for me to be able to read it here.
I downloaded this app because I am a print subscriber now but initially I tried to download the previous magazines it was freezing. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Now that I got to download a magazine as I am realizing that as I turn the page it some times skips a few pages if I'm not paying attention to the page numbers. As expensive as this subscription is this app needs major work. Please fix ASAP as I would like to read every page of something I am paying lots of money for.
Great app, no problems with downloading the magazine, takes a few minutes to get the magazine downloaded but not too bad considering content and quality.

I would probably love this app, if not for the near constant crashing. Every time I open an issue, it crashes. Also, downloading certain issues seems to take forever. Why??? If this doesn't get resolved, I won't be renewing my subscription. This is too expensive for what I've been getting.

The free issue does not download!!!!! It took me 30 minutes to cancel auto-renew. Don't download this.
Won't download free trial copy. Can't feel good about subscribing if it's this big a pain in the keister to get even one issue. Even uninstalled and reloaded. Irritating in the extreme.
Have deleted and re-downloaded as instructed, TWICE. Issue flashes pages then goes to black. Please Fix!

I very much like this app only a few issues every time I download a new monthly magazine. Once download I'm unable to view and it is quite annoying each time plus it also affect the older version of mags unable to view. Please correct.

I get the printed mag and love it but the app doesn't work. This is the first time I have a problem downloading an application. The tech support suggest: "Launch the NewBeauty App again and then tap on the Refresh button at the top right of the Library screen. You will now be prompted to log in with your App Store ID. After logging in, all of the downloads that you've previously purchased will resume downloading immediately" I tried that and still doesn't finish downloading. I give up!
I've been trying for a day to get this magazine to download, I give up have no idea how to get assistance, but I'm sure they will charge my account when the "free trial" that I never got is over!! Buyer BEWARE!!

The app itself is fine-beautiful graphic display and easy navigation. The magazine itself is worthless. It is chock-full of extremely expensive options for common every day beauty issues and the pages are 80% ads for products that are promoted in the articles. Save yourself the money.
Unbelievable, I was charged $4.99 for an issue which won't download! My credit card was charged but I didn't get the issue i was attempting to purchase! You keep getting a message that it's loading except it is not! None of the other issues would load either! You get another error message like 'Your region won't load'! It's unbelievable to me that someone launched this App without ever testing it?!!! I want my $5 back!
I'm a print subscriber and love that I can read it on my iPad at no extra cost -- and the photos look amazing on the retina screen!
I saw the bad reviews but I decided to try any way. Don't even waste your time. It's not free. They say that you can have 1 month free but you have to compromise yourself to pay 14.99 in the end of the trial but when you try to Open the Fake free issue nothing happens.
Had this app 4 a while. Need to update. Unable to do so. Won't let me update just gets stuck and won't work. I had to delete and reinstall, still won't work.
Love the mag. Love the app even more!
